Product Description Newvape mica sheet for commutator consist of muscovite or phlogopite mica paper, impregnated with specially selected epoxy resin. This product is a hard, dense mica sheet for use in segments, separators and spacers. It performans good electrical property, mechanical strength, excellent moisture resistance, and can be sawed, sheared and punched into intricate shapes, using for good commercial practice. Because of its superior uniformity, automatic feeding and stacking are possible for cost saving in high speed assembly operation. Property: 5531 Series sheets are sanded on both sides resulting in uniform and precise tolerances. All sheets have a final thickness tolerance of -0.00mm/+0.02mm, and a maximum deviation between minimum and maximum values of 0.03 mm on the same sample. Other significant preoperties including bond content, compressibility, flexural strength, resistance to exudation, etc. Are permanently controlled and documented.
