Activated Bleaching Earth Brife Introduction

Activated Bleaching Earth Usage
Activated bleaching earth is used as a fire extinguisher in the forestry and soil and water protection, eliminating the water viscosity oil cleaners
1. Animal and vegetable oils in refining industry for decolorization and purification;
2. For petroleum resin, wax, paraffin oil, kerosene, bleaching and purification;
3. Paper industry for carbon stain, fill oil, dyes.
4. In the chemical industry as a catalyst and catalytic carrier, insecticides, pesticides and fungicides carrier, rubber and plastic filler, desiccant and filters, adsorbents radioactive waste; As absorbent and flocculants in water purification and sewage treatment.
How to use
Firstly, take 100ml oil. Weighting about 15g activated clay, adding slowly by spoon and stiring, fully precipitation, until reaching for treatment of oil requirements, finally draw activated clay dosage
Then put into production, right amount of activated clay into large container, and then press the front of the proportion of the oil that include uniform mixing(when necessary add heating kettle, heat diluted in about 30minutes), wait after cooling precipitation, with pressure filter.
Note: It should be heated (80-100 degrees is appropriate) resurrection, when used, if heated above 300 degrees began to lose crystal water, changes in the structure itself, the impact of decolorization.
