We are proud to introduce our new product line - Belt Type Gearless Traction Machine, which is featured with a flexible polyurethane-coated steel belt instead of the traditional steel rope. We successfully reduce the thickness of the belt to 4mm for significantly smaller blending radius. Yet the polyurethane-coated steel belt is stronger and more durable than the steel rope. Each machine is equipped with automatic detectors that constantly inspect the belt and report belt faults to maintenance personnel for guaranteed safety. The new belt technology enables us to make our traction machine 60% lighter and 40% smaller than ordinary traction machine. This improvement also helps reduce installation costs and construction space required for the elevator. Moreover, this products also represents our company's commitment to the environment. Comparing to conventional machines, the Belt Gearless Machine is much more efficient with less energy consumption. The design of the system enables the machine to achieve smooth and noiseless performance. No additional lubricant is required.
