1.If I want to make a paper bag, do you need me to provide the original design?
You can provide the design in the format as follow: .psd /.ai /.cdr/ .pdf etc.Or you only provide us the size and idea, we can FREE design for you. We have own excellent designer to offer various design solutions base on your individual requirements.
2.How can I proceed the order?
Usually, you can make consultant with our salesman, they will provide their professional and patient service for you.

4.Is the sample available?
Yes, sample is available. Sample fee depends on your design request, sample fee will be ALL returned if your bulk production is exactly same with the sample.
5.How about the lead time ?
Sample : 5-7 work days
Bulk production : 7-30 days depends on your quantity
Shipping time : 5-7 work days via international express, 15-45 days via sea transportation
6.If I want to place the order , how can I make the payment?
