A How long does it take to get the quotation
Normally we can send quotation to you within 24 hours , if it is urgent for you, pls phone us or let us know in your email in order to take care of your business priority, PS: for your precious time and energy, and shorten communication time, we'd be appreciated if you send us more details so that we can provide you accurate and competitive price
B How to get samples for checking production quality
Once it is ok for you about the price ,if you need some samples test production quality, we have some options for you.
If it is blank sample just to test structure or design, we can provide them to you without sample fee,
If they are printed samples or need some mould ,we'll charge according to qty and your special request, both options , it is freight collect ,
C In order to get high quality printing, which kind of files can you send to us

D. When can you receive samples?
If it is blank sample, it will take three days or so to produce, we'll send you sample by air via, DHL, FEDEX, UPS, ect and arrive within three to five days
If they are printed samples, after we received sample fee together with structure and design and documents final confirmation, it will take seven days or so to produce, plus three to five days transportation time, so to make everything smoothly, please kindly send us your express account number with freight collect or you can prepay us if you have not express account number
