YPE-101 thermoplastic PE powder coating, It is one type of civil powder coating which is based on Polyethylene powder, modified by various functional additives, and colored by different pigments according to the final needs. The coating layer is well-rounded, smooth and flexible.

Construction process for consumers
Before all, the rust and oil contamination on the surface of the work piece must be removed and make it clean and smooth. Metal preheat at 250°C a period of time(depending on the metal thickness). Dip it into the fluid bed for 5 - 10seconds, a post-heat cycle at 200±10ºC,3-5 minutes is necessary to develop fully the surface finish.
