DFQ-100 air rock drill rig machine
Product Description:
DFQ-100 rock drill is a new compressor operated drilling rig, widely used for water well, borehole, mining blasting, goethermal well, etc. Most efficient for hard rock, 2~3 minutes are able to drill 1 meter in rocks, times quicker than traditional drill rig.
Characteristics:
1. Power supply:
It can be powered by diesel engine with electric starts; no affected by temperature;
2. Mobile base:
It can be mounted on trailer, crawler or truck for easy move and different drilling environment;
3. Full hydraulic control:
Hydraulic cylinder and motor, very convenient and stable to work.
4. Feed system
It can be fed by both mud pump and air compressor. Mud pump for soft sstratum and air compressor for hard layers. Therefore, to save investment and work efficiently.
5. Drilling tools
It uses DTH hammer drill bits or tricone bits for hard rocks, very efficient and durable. Meanwhile, DFQ-100 can also work with mud bits for soft stratums, saving a lot of investment.
