Service life can up to 5 years.1.The density of carbon fiber roll is 1.6g/cm³, the density of steel is 7.8 ,and the density of aluminum is 2.7.
2.Good rigidity , elastic modulus of carbon fiber is 240gpa,steel is 110gpa,and carbon fiber tubes has better rigidity ,not easy to deformation.
3.High strength ,tensile strength of carbon fiber resumption of material is 4900mpa, steel is 780-4900. The aluminum is about 700-1200.
4.Carbon fiber roller has lower intertia ,suitable for speed control ,especially for the high-speed equipment.
5.Carbon fiber of light weight ,small resistance of the rolls, the speed of the equipment can be improved by about 50%, improve the production rate of the entire production line, increase output,reduce the cost and power consumption.
