Description:
Aspartame is about 200 times sweeter than the average sugar and contains less calories than the general sucrose. It is a kind of natural functional oligosaccharides which will not cause dental caries, it has pure sweet, low moisture absorption with no sticky phenomenon, it will not lead to blood sugar increase obviously and be suitable for the diabetics. In China regulation it can be used in cakes, biscuits, bread, wine, ice cream and popsicles, beverage and candy, its dosage can be according to normal production needs.
