NJP-2-800C Fully Automatic Capsule Filling Machine
This model is an intermittent motion and hole plate type filling full automatic capsule filling equipment. It adopt optimization design for meeting the characteristics of Chinese medicine and the requirement of GMP, it has the characteristics of compact mechanism, small volume, lower noise, precision filling dosage, multi-function, stably running etc. It can finish the following motion at the same time: Capsule feeding, capsule separating, powder filling, capsule rejecting, capsule locking, finished capsule discharge and die hole cleaning etc. It is the most ideal hard capsule filling equipment for pharmaceutical and health food industry.
Its automatic filling demands very high accuracy besides high productivity, ease of operation and minimum maintenance.

Features
1. The overall equipment adds big improvement on the original basis. Increased dosing disk is designed for the purpose of smart accuracy for dosage.
Thus enhance the powder uniformity in dosing disk and improve the powder scaper structure which make the first workstation of each in dosing disk become
in line with the others and be effectively controlled within 3%.
2.Take the lower plane of dosing disk as base and adopt three dimensional control structure to uniformize the gap and ensure the dose deviation
is accurately measured and controlled within 3.5%
3. Improve inner design of the turret. Use 90pcs linear bearings originally imported from Japan to ensure accuracy and usage life
(other manufactures only use 40bearing and the rest 50pcs are installed with copper sleeve which is wearable and difficult to replace)
4. Air compressor is added for capsule feed outlet. Effectively solved the problem of capsule block at the feed outlet caused by static electricity.
1. It has man-machine interface, automatic alarm and pause when material shortage or other failure happens.
Has the function of displaying each-piece counting and accumulative amount.
