Warranty Period
Complete machine warranty period is one year, which will be effective after equipment installation, commissioning and final acceptance are completed.
1, After-service
Buyer will send a representative to shanghai unity prima for training in all facets of operation and repairs to enable the installation of all Lasers along with going after sale service offered in local. Buyer takes charge of all expenditure except food for the trainees. (Shanghai Unity Prima will provide free food during training time.)
2, Shanghai Unity Prima send one to two technician to buyer's location to set up laser machine to be sold locally,Shanghai Unity Prima pay for return-fly-tickets for the first time of installation,the buyer takes charge of the expenditure of hotel and food for Shanghai Unity engineers;
In warranty, If the buyer can not solve the machine problem and need the engineer from Shanghai Unity Prima to customer's location,shall pay for return-fly-tickets and expenditure of hotel and food for Shanghai Unity engineers and also free labor cost; out of warranty, the buyer pay for return-fly-tickets, accommodation, food and labor charge.
3, Beyond quality warranty period
Our company pays great attention to product after-sales service. Once the equipment leaves the factory and is delivered to customers to use, our company immediately sets up customer after-sales service file and regularly track customer's products use conditions and understand machine tool conditions, to solve and answer customer's problems.
