Cleaning process:
The device is a fully automatic cleaning line, operator manual feeding the workpiece, the with Ultrasonic rough cleaning--ultrasonic precision clean-- high pressure spray washing --ultrasonic rinsing, after cleaning process operator will using compressed air to dry well, then to removed the workpiece. The machine is completely sealed structure, automatic control, the operator simply the Application of PLC automatic control system, through the touch screen can control the cleaning line of action
Composition
The Wash machine consists of ultrasonic generator, transducer, cleaning sub-tank, cleaning master tank, stainless steel circulation filtration system, automatic temperature control heating systems, hot air drying system, manipulator, frame, electrical control system, feeding station, closed cover, etc.
