Thank you forbuying Nordson Access Control products, to protect your legal rights andinterests, Nordson Electronic Co.,Limited(hereinafter referred to as: Nordson Electronic)make the following warranty and service commitments:
Theproduct(s) are returned to Company within the warranty period
Providedthat on NORDSON's inspection of returned products that the defect is not aresult of accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, water damage, lightningdamage, voltage surge damage or other improper use.
1.Shipping: Thehardware product must be couriered to and from the NORDSON office and theshipping cost must be pre paid and is not the responsibility of NORDSON.
2.For thenon-human factors of product quality issues, NORDSON offer three-year warranty servicesfor electromagnetic lock; 3-year warranty for access control panel, electricbolt and electric strike; 1 year warranty for exit button, bracket, and powersupply. The customers should take charge of the material and the maintain feesif the product damaged under other conditions.
3.Remarks:
NORDSONelectronic liability is limited to repair, replacement of defective products orproduct components.
Freight andmaintenance costs are at the user's cost in the maintenance period.
Maintenancelead time is 7 days after receiving maintenance request.
