Usage
(1) Cooking oil bleaching: soybean oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, rice bran oil, castor oil, olive oil, peanut oil, ground nut oil, seed oil, etc.
(2) Industrial oil refining: diesel engine oil, gasoline, car oil, lube oil, jet fuel, transfermer oil, etc.
(3) Water purification;
(4)  Make soap: 
(5) Decolorant for beet juice,cane juice,wine,wort,gelatin,syrup and so on.

Here we could serve 3 types oil refining agent:
1.powder type activated clay
This type is the normal agent, 5 grade could serve for test, the main differ are activity degree, decoloring rate, filteration rate, and additive amount, sorry could not offer an exact one for your oil, as customers test their own ways, you need to test yourself then compare the effect and cost.
2. granule type activated clay
It could be work well for high viscosity oil, the sizes: 10-60mesh, 20-60mesh, 30-100mesh, 40-120mesh, etc
3. silica gel sand
The new type for oil decoloring, it is eco-friendly, and could use again after processing. Sizes: 18-35mesh, 20-40mesh, 30-100mesh, different size for different color oil, fine size could make contact with dark color oil, and coarse sand could work light-colored.

How to do lab test with Free Sample?

1. Remove water
Heat the oil to be 70- 80 celsius then stop.Place it still for 24hours.
Remove the surface water.Reheat it slowly to be 120celsius.
Keep this temperature till the oil do not boil and appear black gas from the oil.
2. Wash the oil with sulfuric acid(concentration:92%-98%)
Stir the normal temperature oil,meanwhile,adding the (5-7%)sulfuric acid
slowly.After that,keep stiring for 30minutes.Place it still ,till the dreg subside
completely.Then filter it.
3. Wash the oil with Na2CO3
Reheat the oil to be 80 celsius.Stir,meanwhile adding Na2CO3 into it.
When the ph is 7,place it still till all dreg subside,then filter it.
4. Adding activated clays
Heat the oil to be 105-110celsius.Keep that temperature.Stir meanwhile
adding 10-15% activated clay.
5. After that,keep stiring 30 minutes.Then place it still until all impurity subside,
Then filter it.
