YNZSY series  Used engine oil recycling machine is particularly suitable to regenerate used internal-combustion engine oil including diesel engine oil, gasoline engine oil and used hydraulic oil, other used machinery's lubrication oil.YZSY series are able to effectively remove colloid, oxid, acid, pitch, particles, impurities, water, gas in the used oil.Specially, it can restore the color of used oil and remove the scent rapidly.

Part 3 Characteristics:
1.Strong ability of filtering impurities refers to the characteristics of the waste engine oil: Heavy particle sand, much impurities, badly dirty oil, it combines magnetic filtration with densification filtration step by step.
2.It can remove the water and other harmful air in the oil.
3.Adopted step air-cooling and waste air filtration to deal with the mixed air which is pumped.Increased the equipment's effective output, prolonged the life-span of the vacuum pump.It is not only protecting the vacuum pump, but also protecting the environment.
4.The system has the advantages of pressure mechanical filtration, vacuum filtration, and centrifugal filtration.It is not only overcome the disadvantage of plate oil purifier, but also can remove the acid, gas and emulsion that normal oil purifier and centrifugal oil filtration machine can not do.
5.Adopt advanced fuzzy oil temperature device, set upper and lower limits of the oil temperature discretionarily.It makes the oil temperature control come true at the section to avoid heating alternating contactor working frequently, prolongs the service life of the contactor.
6.The machine has a perfect protection device.It monitors the temperature, pressure, vacuum degree, power cut, overpressure and low-voltage, prevents from the accidents effectively, and assures the machine can operate well.
7.The equipment can be used to dehydrate, degas and remove impurities from transformer oil, hydraulic oil individually.It is a comprehensive multifunction oil purifier.
 
Part 4 Systems of equipment

Pretreatment system: waste oil will be pumped into the distillation kettle after pretreated.
 
Distillation system: through burning coal, gas or fuel oil to make the oil in the kettle up to the working temperature. This system equipped with stirring system and insulation system.

Cooling system::the gaseous hydrocarbon will be cooled into liquid base oil. gasoline and diesel.
 
Oil storage system: the base oil, gasoline and diesel get from cooling system storage here,then pump into the storage tank.
 
Vacuum system: meet the technology requirement.
 
Filtration system: rapidly filter out mechanical impurities in the base oil, gasoline and diesel; get the high quality base oil, gasoline and diesel.
