IDEABOND Aluminum Composite Panel/ACP (stone Look) is processed by film-sticking and painting. The former means stick one layer of film with granite pattern, it is very easy. And the latter is painted and roasted for three or four times with a better weather resistance. Both present the nature and beautiful of the Granite and wooden appearance. Together With the high quality polyethylene core, IDEABOND Wood Look Aluminum composite panel will have a solid eye-catching impression.


1. Constitution Structure of Stone Look Aluminum Composite Panel:


1) Protective film with IDEABOND/Aluplus brand or as requested

2) Front side: Stone Look  Aluminum sheet coated with PE(indoor usage) or PVDF (outdoor usage)

3) Macromolecular lamination film

4) Core: Non-toxic polyethylene

5) Macromolecular lamination film

6) Rear side: Aluminum sheet coated with polyester or as requested




2. Raw materials of Aluminum Composite Panel:

1) USA PPG and Sweden Berger fluorocarbon coating;

2) High quality aluminum alloy foil of AA3003 and AA5005;

3) American DuPont or Japanese MITSUBISHI Macromolecule sticking film;

4) Core material: Fireproof polyethylene or LDPE;
