1. Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to us, we will ship with our account.
2. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 1-4 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 7-15 days, subject to your designs whether they need new molds or new printing, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
3. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 40-60 days varied upon your order qty and sample approval.
4. How much is the freight charge?
It usually deliver by sea. Trade terms can be FOB XIAMEN or CIF your port.
5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
JPG, AI, CDR or PDF is okay for us. We will make the draw artwork or sculpture for your approval.
6. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
7. How to make order with us?
1) Send us pics, material, size, color, quantity, or send us your logo design, sample, etc.
2) Quote you and design for your confirmation.
3) Send you samples for final confirmation
4) get your deposit , and then arrange the massive production.

8. How to inspect the goods?
