IMF type fluorine alloy lined corrosion resistant magnetic pump
Product description
This series of pump design is characteristic by compact structure, artistic shape, small volume, low noise,reliable operation. The flow parts adopts fluorine plastic alloy(F50)(simplified as fluorine alloy ) fused by certain proportion of FEP(F46)and PTFE(F4). The intensity of the product made by fluorine alloy is higher than the F46,temperature resistance is also be improved. The spacer sleeve made of special material has high intensity mechanical property, eliminating the magnetic vortex phenomenon of common magnetic pump.
Applications
It is used in conveying corrosive medium in chemical production, treatment of chlorine waste water and acid adding process in ionic membrane caustic soda project, transferring electrolyte of non-ferrous metal metallurgy, the pickling technology of automobile manufacturing, and pharmaceutical, petroleum, electroplating, dye, pesticide, paper making, food and other industries. Under the condition of -20ºC~150ºC,it can also convey arbitrary concentration of strong corrosive medium including sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, alkali, strong oxidizing agent without damage for a long time.

Features:
1, No static and dynamic seal,no leakage
2, The magnet with rare earth magnet steel and new magnetic circuit structure to achieve larger driving torque.
3, Special lubrication and cooling circuit to ensure that the bearing has good cooling and lubrication.
4, The flow components extruded by pump body and intermediate liner, whole sintering of shaft and bearings, and sintering of impeller and spacer sleeve. The material of flow parts have strong corrosion resistance and can be replaced selectively according to users' needs.
5, The pump performance and size conform to the international standard, ISO2858 or GB5662. It is convenient to replace the IH type chemical pump.
