Features and application:
This set can be used for extruding thermo-plastics like soft or hard polyviny chlorid(PVC) and polystyrene(PE). Coordinated with the appropriate auxiliary machine(Including the head of former), it can produce many kinds of plastic products such as film pepe, braid, belt as well as granule.
This set is advanced in design, high in output, good in plasticization and low in energy consumption. The involute gear driving is characterized by low noise, stable working, big bearing capacity and long service life.
Soft pvc pipe extruder machinery
This kind of extruder is special designed for small diameter soft pvc pipe. The whole production line includes: Extruder, mould, water tank, haul off machine and wilding machine.
