PTFE tape has lots of excellent features, such as very low friction factor, non-stick surface, -180º C~260º Cwide application temperature range, excellent ageing-resistance and corrosion-resistance, etc. Expanded PTFE tape adopts 100% PTFE as raw material, with mesh expanded structure formed by micro long fibers and knots. Expanded PTFE tape also features good tenacity, high longitudinal strength, ease of lateral deformation. It is suitable for fire control, coal gas, cold/hot water, air-conditioning, air hose, hydraulic tube, petroleum and such industrial and civil pipe thread fastening and sealing. It can replace traditional hemp thread, save labor and shorten working period, with zero leakage.
