15 PPM Marine Bilge Water Separators / Oily Water Separator for Ships
1. Oily Water Separators capacity: 0.25M3/h~5.0M3/h.2. oil content in effluent water: less than 15ppm. 3. Oily Water Separators certificate: CCS,EC,ABS,BV . 4. Oily Water Separators usage: ships and vessels. 5. Oily Water Separators standard: IMO MEPC107(49).15ppm Bilge Separator (15ppm Bilge Separator) is a kind of environmental protection product designed based on International Maritime Organization IMO MEPC 107(49) standard, the oil content in effluent water ≤ 15ppm. This separator is the high-tech newest product which can effectively dispose all kinds of fluids in bilge water including fuel oil, high-density residual oil and emulsion mixture combined with black ferric oxide and surfactant.
YWC Series 15ppm Bilge Separator (15ppm Bilge Separator) of 9 types with the capacity from 0.25m3/h to 5.00 m3/h, The smallest type is YWC-0.25 which can be installed on ship less than 1000DWT. The biggest type is YWC-5.00 which can be installed on ship more than 300 thousand DWT. This separator can also be used in industrial and petroleum, besides in ship vessels. The effluent oil content from YWC can meet any standards of Environment Bureau in China.
YWC Series 15ppm Bilge Separator (15ppm Bilge Separator) has been obtained the Type Approval of CCS, (GL) EC and IMO circular in July 2007. USCG is applying, will be coming soon in 2009.
