Introduction:
Magnetic separator can separate the raw materials with different magnetic rigidities. The machine works under the magnetic force and machine force. Magnetic separator is designed to recover ferromagnetic materials. The Magnetic Separators are available in cyclic design with process vessel diameters from 220 mm to 3, 050 mm.

Working Principle:
The big raw ore will feed to jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for primary crushing, then sent to fine jaw crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing. After that, the small aggregate will go to surge hopper and feed to ball mill by vibrating feeder consistently. The ball mill will grind into powder and the screw classifier will do separation. The qualified powder will go to magnetic separator will do roughing and choiceness, until user get the request concentration.
