1.Product Introduction
NJ5250GQX Combi Vacuum Jetting and Suction Truck is designed for multifunctional applications
and is suitable for industrial cleaning and sewer cleaning. Specially developed for suctioning, disch-
arging and transporting hazardous, fluid and contaminated substances.
This truck adopts Beiben H06 chassis. Main parts are purchased from Europe, such as
URACA high pressure pump from Germany, JOURP roots vacuum pump from Italy, KEG
nozzles from Germany,OMSI gearbox from Italy, White motor from American, etc. Making use of
the advanced technology of sewage suction reel, high pressure water reel, screw extruder, screw
discharge, reverse sewage discharge, intelligent modular control system, this truck is more effi-
cient, allowes more efficient of the truck.
Vacuum system can work continuously, and suction hose can put into water directly to suck
sewage without draining off the water. With sewage recycling system, wastewater can be reused.
That not only can raise the ratio of solid materials in tank,also prolong the time of flushing the pipe.
The suction boom at the top of the truck can 180° rotating and stretch out and draw back 1.2m,
which is highly flexible and easy to calibrate. Using 6 inches strenghened France Trellegorg
pressure hose can effectively prevent abrasion and blockage. Equipped with heating appratus to
heat the recycling water in tank, so that the truck can be performed in winter. Aiming at the pro-
blems of contamination and difficult in transportation, our research staff developed the screw ex-
trusion device to separate mud and water, screw discharge device to discharge the sludge. De-
watered sludge can be transported by low cost sewage truck.
Five characteristic:
1) High pressure dredging: large flow of high pressure water to burst through the blocked pipe,
and flush the sludge to the mouth of the well. Using different nozzles can solve corresponding
dredging problem in different working situation. Visible nozzle can test pipe while dredging.
2) Vacuum suction: roots vacuum pump with strong suction ability, suction hose can be put into
the bottom of the well to suck the sludge. Suction is above 15m.
3) Sludge recycling: introduce from Europe new purification technology to purify sludge, then use
purified water to dredge pipe, thus save energy, save time, enhance the working efficiency.
4) Separate mud from water: traditional combi jetting truck dewater the sludge by means of
rosebox, this truck adopts screw extrusion of mud water separation device to separate mud
from water, which has two advantages:reuse the water and save the space of sludge dischar-
ging.
5) Screw discharge: use advanced screw discharge, dewatered sludge can be transported by
low cost sewage truck.
