Application of PVC Pipe Production Line:
GF Series plastic pipe production line is mainly used in the manufacture of the plastic PVC pipes with various tube diameter and wall thickness in the aspects such as the drain/ suppiy water and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc. This set is composed of the conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum forming table, cutter, stack etc. The screw extruder and haul-off machine adopt the imported AC frequency control device. The vacuum pump and the electric vehicle motor employ the superior goods. The haul-off machine has the traction modes such as two claw, three claw, four claw, six claw and so on. It may choose the saw blade cutting type or the planet cutting type. It is additionally attached with measuring apparatus and the intensifying device. The unit is of the reliable preformance and high production efficiency. This company may allocate the special installation for the manufacture of the inner wall spiral coil and core ply blister tube set according to the client's requirement.
