Product Description
Safety Working Load:
The maximum load a tie-down should be subject to during normal use. Safe working load should not exceed 1/3 of the rated capacity. Rated capacity: The minimum load a complete assembly will withstand before failure in a laboratory setting when the product is new.

The right way to operate:
Pull the webbing through the mandrel bars eliminating any slack.Operate the ratchet handle back and forth until the webbing is properly tensioned. The mandrel bars must have at least two wraps of webbing to prevent slippage. To release the webbing, Pullthe handle pawl tothe fully poened position and rotate the handle itself past the center position on the ratchet to the fully open position. Finally. Pull the webbing back through the mandrel slack.
