Product Description
We use "Continuous Dip Process" to make our dipped latex tubing. The "Continuous Dip Process" is our patent technology. The dipped latex tubing possesses a glossy surface and vibrant color and has uniform thickness. Compare with extruded latex tubing with same size, the dipped latex tubing has stronger resistance and brighter color.
1. Inner diameter: 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm by your request;
2. Outer diameter: 4mm - 30mm;
3. Length: random length or uniform length by your request; Please note that there may have some defective or dirty pots on the tubing surface. When we find these, we will cut them off. So, the tubing is normally in random length. For example, if you need a reel of 50 feet tubing, this reel will be consisted of two or three pieces of short tubing with different or same length;
4. Color: Amber, black, red, yellow, green, blueWe can make tubing in any Pantone color by your request;
5. Elongation: 750% of its original length at max.
