HCA-104 Acrylic Acid Elastic Coatings for Exterior Wall of Buildings
[Product]Yuhong HCA-104 acrylic acid elastic coatings for exterior wall of buildings is made by using the elastic and anti pollution self cross-linking pure acrylic acid emulsion as the base material and made up with high-quality pigment, packing and diversified matching assistants. The outstanding characteristics of this product is that on the basis of ensuring the basic functions of exterior wall, the paint film is highly elastic which can cover the fine cracks on the wall surface and keep the exterior wall of buildings long-term fresh and florid.
The performance indexes of Yuhong HCA-104 acrylic acid elastic paint for exterior wall of buildings conform to the stipulations on elastic wall coatings in JG/T172-2005 Elastomeric Wall Coatings and Beijing local standard DBJ/T 01-57-2001 Technical Specification for Application of Elastic Coatings for Exterior Wall of Buildings.

[Application] Base course requirement
The surface of the coated base course has to be cleaned, dried, flattened and solidified and made free of oil stain, dust and foreign materials, and the moisture content shall be less than 10 %. Loose and hollow portions shall be removed; The visible sally and mortar lumps on the wall shall be polished; Holes and joints in the wall shall be filled with cement mortar, putty leveling is not allowed.
Scraping putty
For the optimum construction effect, Yu Hong PMC-431 exterior wall flexible putty shall be applied, and make it flat by using 40-60 mesh sand-paper for finishing Yu Hong PMC-431 exterior wall flexible water proof putty (product performance indexes conform to JG/T229-2007 Putty for external thermal insulating wall systems) is recommended.
Primer application by roller (spraying)
Clean up the laitance on the surface of base course putty, apply Yu Hong HCA-106 exterior wall acrylic primer (product performance indexes conform to JG/T210-2007 Primer for interior and exterior wall) by roller (spraying), and dry in the air. Rolling (spray) coating shall be uniform and reach all corners without missing.
Coating construction
After primer becomes dry in the air, use roller coating method for construction, apply by roller coating acrylic acid elastic coatings for exterior wall of buildings 2-3 courses, the film-forming thickness of the exterior wall external heat insulation system shall not be less than 0.45mm, (comply with Beijing municipality DBJ/901-57-2001 Technical Specification for Application of Elastic Coatings for Exterior Wall of Buildings) the interval time between the courses shall be 3-8 hours. The coating shall be rolled uniformly and reach all corners without missing.
[Usage] About 0.2 kg/m2 coating is required if the film thickness is 0.1mm.
Face work coating is made for exterior walls of other buildings and their thickness shall follow design requirements.
