Up to September 2006, more than 300 sets of air lock valve for vertical mill, discharge valve for homogenising silos and three way valve are applied to cement production line.
The air lock valve for vertical mill is applied to the preparation system for powder coal and raw material grinding of 2500-5000t/d production line.The lining board is treated under the special heat treatment, which can largely improve the wearability of the valve body.Gap between stator and rotor can be adjusted at will, the valve can interdict the high temperature gas while feeding material.The valve is equipped with compressed air block-cleanup devices, which can clean up the clay material that adhered to the spool of the valve efficiently.

The KXT (M) is applied to the 5000t/d production line for powder coal feeding, it is awarded as the first class of technical improvement in 2006 by CBMIA and the CCS. And the KXT (S) system is applied to raw material feeding of 220t/h, the KXT (F) system is also applied to coal ash feeding of150t/h. The NL pneumatic screw pump, F-K Fullerton pump, YOX hydraulic coupler, DSF electrical and manual screw valve, NXF rotating air-lock valve etc are launched to market.
