Specification:
Our product is a colorless transparent liquid with an international leading nano technique, This coating was produced by advanced production equipment and craft. Main components is SiO2, the thickness of layer is just 1/500 of a hair. Treated base material surface will form a high-density steady nano super hydrophobic transparent film.
Looking from the appearance, Water on the film will form quite a lot of droplets. If on the elevation, the droplets will fall down under the action of gravity. That is so-called "free from water",similar as Lotus effect. Rolling droplets will take the dust and waste away from the base material to achieve self-clean effect.
Simply, base material which has "hydrophobic transparent film" on its surface could possess aging & yellowing resist, to reduce the friction surface scratch resistance, frost resistance, hydrophobic dust proof, prevent current conduction and anti-static, acid and alkali resistance, resistance to oxidation & smudgy, radiation protection, uv protection, to prevent microbes breeding, and so on. The coating will not react with anodized alumina, and it will not cause secondary damage to the surface of basic material .
Feature:
This product is not a kind of repair product, it belongs to protective type, so polishing before spraying is necessary for the damaged basic material.
High chemical resistance:
It could resist acid and alkali(PH 2-12 ), not only protect the product from the damage of UV rays, acid and alkali, but also keep the brightness of base material surface for long time. It could resist high temperature under 200ºC.
Lasting Clean,Semi-Permanent.
Theoretically, super hydrophobic coating in the substrate surface to form the polymer film is permanent, because of the ultraviolet ray in use process, mechanical wear, as well as the acid and alkali erosion and so on, the stability of the chemical bond will be affected, the Actual service life will be 8 to 12 months.

Method of use:
Room temperature spraying is available, sharp reaction for 3-5 minutes, air drying for 20 minutes at room temperature, no need to heat or other auxiliary drying.In order to guarantee fastness, can also be 30ºC drying with auxiliary equipment after natural drying for 20 minutes.
