Mainly used in pharmaceutical factory various ampoules automatic cleaning. It's also can be used to washing antibiotics vial and oral liquid bottle,etc. glass containers only by exchange small amount of change parts.
Performance characteristics
This machine is vertical drum structure and adopts manipulator to clamp bottle ,turn, and jetting needle for reciprocating tracking method and adopts ultrasonic washing, water for three times, air for three times alternative jetting flushing principle to wash bottle one by one. 1.Lower the height of bottle-infeed net belt
2.Turntable Plexiglas cover is changed from manual dismantling, three separated type into integrated endurance panel cover electric-control mechanical automatic up-down.
3.The jetting needle positioning is dynamic washing and avoid the dead angle caused by washing.
4.Adopt location device driving instead of tradition cam driving mechanism.
5.Restriction orifice design to make water and gas drenching more uniform.
