Artificial sand making process
Artificial sand manufacturing process usually is made up of feeding stage, crushing stage and screening stage etc.
In the primary crushing stage, the stone is fed into stone primary crushing machine by vibrating feeder evenly and continuously. Jaw crusher is the excellent choice of primary crusher. Then the outlet of primary crushing equipment will be fed into stone secondary crushing machine and get processed into fine stone sand. We usually use impact crusher and cone crusher as secondary crushing equipment. If we have special requirements on the size of final sand products, we can process stone in the next stage: Tertiary stone crushing stage. With cone crushers as the tertiary crushers, stone is finally processed into powder size particles.
