Overview
HK-1044 Ash Content Apparatus conforms to the ASTM D428 Standard Test Method for Ash Content of Petroleum Products. It is suitable to determine ash content of petroleum products. It could not be used to determine ash content in the petroleum products containing ash-forming additives (including additives containing certain phosphorus compounds), lubricating oils containing lead, and used engine crankcase oils.
