Product Description
Oil/Gas fired fire tube steam boiler and Hot-Water Boiler, oil boiler and gas boiler, This series boiler are designed as per the combustion characteristics of fuel oil and fuel gas, improving heat transfer, Reducing smoke emission temperature. Decrease dust / SO2 / NOx emission. Emission. It adopts wet back & 3-pass structure which ensures boiler safe operation and extend service life.
Characteristics of the product:
1. The burner and the PLC be imported from Germany and Intaly, Fuel combustion can achieve automatic adjustment.
2. Rated Evaporation: 0.5-40Ton/hr, 1-25MW
3. Lower dust emission & SO2 emission & NOx emission, dust emission concentration < 50mg/ m³ SO2 & NOx emission concentration < 100mg/m³
4. We supply 2 units Water Pump (one duty one standby) which from the famous pump manufacturer.
5. Boiler with stainless cladding, anti-corrosion & anti-rust & beautiful appearance.
6. Power oil conserving. 24 Hours working life. Low noise.
7. Boiler can achieve automatic temperature control & pressure control & feed water control & feed fuel control & safety indication. We also freely supply you a set of inner parts of Electric controller for standby.
8. Fully sealed and pressure tested to prevent exhaust gas leakage
9. Checked easily: The boiler has two somke header doors in the front and back. It is easy to the daily maintains for the inspection hole and manhole.
10. SGS or BV inspection through whole manufacturing progress, and long-term service after sale.
11. Spirally corrugated tube increase the strength and also meets the needs of heat expansion of each parts.
