The Specification
1. The"PLC+coder" human-machine interface of the digital control operating system, can realize automatic feeding, automatic die cutting, there are five kinds of patterns mode selection, automatic setting of blanking times, high precision, the positioning accuracy can reach 0.2mm, material saving, high work efficiency, reduce labor intensity.
2. The PLC program control center of operation instruction set with memory performance, in power after the power supply is cut off or after classes are not affected, easy to operate again.
3. The oil system of special design, ensure indentical cutting depth for each time.
4. The operation mode can have three choices: manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic,flexible. The workers need only to pick up the finished materials, with labor intensity reduced and work efficiency enhanced.
5. The punch can automatically positioning, automatic translaition, die cutter is fixed by the electromagnetic sucking disc, without settiong of the knife mold, high die cutter can cut, convenient operation.
6. Automatic lubrication system, ensure that the machine precision and improve service life.
7. The precise lead screw driving unit is adopted for accurate movement and positioning and stable operation.
