Model DXDCH-10B Automatic Double Tea Bag Packaging Machine

Specific features of this packing machine:
This machine is special designed for packing all kinds of teas, like green tea, oolong tea, black tea, fragmental tea, medical tea, coffee, etc.
This machine can pack inner filter paper bag with thread and tag and outer envelope at the same time.
All the process of bag making, filling, measuring, cutting, counting etc. Can be done automatically.
Besides the Model, we also have other five models for the tea bag packing as following:
1. Model DXDCH-10A Automatic Single Tea bag pacing machine.
This machine can pack single filer paper bag with thread and tag.
2. Model DXDCH-10B Automatic Double Tea Bag Packing Machine.
This machine can pack inner flter paper bag with thread and tag, outer enveop is some heat seal lamination, like PET/PE, PET/AL/PE, PAPER/PE etc.
There is a machine hand with this packing machine which can put the inner bag into the outer bag automatically and correctely.
3. Model DXDCH-10C Automatic Double Tea Bag PA
This machine can pack inner filter paper bag without thread and tag, and outer envelop.
The features for this packing machine is same as the above one. The only different is the inner flter paper bag, it is without thread and tag.
4. Model DXDCH-10D Automatic Nylon Tea Bag Packing Machine.
This machine is specaly designed for packing the the nylon tea bag, the sealing way for this packing machine is Ultrasonic.
It can make two shapes of the bag, pyramid nylon bag and the regular nylon bag etc.
5. Model DXDCH-10E Automatic Nylon Tea Bag Packing Machine,
This model is specially designed for packing double tea bags, inner Pyramid nylon bag with thread and tag and outer envelop, like PET/PE, PET/AL/PE etc.
The sealing way for the inner bag is Ultrasonic.
The sealing way for the outer envelope is heat seal.
6. Model DXDCH-10F Automatic Double Tea Bag Packing Machine.
This machine is specially designed for the flat nylon tea bag, it can pack the flat nylon tea bag into the outer envlop automtically.
All the process of bag making, filling, sealing, cutting, counting etc. Can be done automatically.
