Product Description
Application:
The automatic powder filling machine is suitable for measuring and packing granule products and powder products like chips, snacks, fryers, coffee powder, milk powder, spice, candy, jelly candy, nuts, frozen food, etc. The nitrogen filling system can extend the shelf life of potato chips, also against product crash during delivery.
Main performance and functional characteristics:
1. The automatic fillinng machine is an automatic vffs machine that completes the product weighing, bag film feeding, bag forming, coding, product filling, nitrogen filling and bag sealing automatically. Also the machine can work with the outlet conveyor, rotary table, carton erector, carton filler etc., to make a whole packing line.
2. The packing machine is equipped with safety protection, comform to the company safety management standard.
3. Use plc servo system, pneumatic control system and super touch screen to form the drive control center; Maximize the whole machine's control precision, reliability and intelligent level.
4. Touch screen can store the technical parameter of various kinds of products, no need to reset while products changing.
6. Have error indicating system, helping to handle the trouble immediately.
7. Single-belt transportation, smoothly and quickly; Small friction and little waste.

After-sale service
1. The buyer can send the worker to the seller's factory to learn the machine operation on-site; The seller can provide on-site installation at the buyer's factory. But the buyer should pay the fees in this period including tickets, food, accommodation and translator, the additional subsidy is usd80 per day.
2. The buyer shall provide the spare parts which is easy broken.
3. Guarantee time of 12 months. During this period, any part broken, the replacement parts shall provided for free. Beyond the guarantee time, broken parts shall be provided at cost.
