Product Description
Application:
Automatic VFFS packing machine of granule in formed pouch for the grains, rice, corn, seeds, additives, fertlizer, detergent powder as well as other granular or micro-granular raw products.
Packaging Machine Standard Feature:
1. The packaging machine can automatically complete the products measuring, conveying and feeding, filling and bag forming, date code printing, bag sealing and cutting.
2. Servo-motor control bag pulling system.
3. High precision fiber optic photo sensor control, PLC control system.
4. Selected electrical and pneumatic components from reliable international manufacturer.
5. Preloaded operation menu on 5.7" touch screen, can easily set and change the packing parameter, displays daily production output and self-diagnostic machine error.
6. PID temperature controller monitors heat sealing temperature within +I-1centigrade degree.
7. Automatic edge position control assures consistent film alignment during production to produce uniform bag quality.
