Bamboo Vinegar has been used in agriculture, poultry, fishing and in human health in China, Japan, etc. for thousands of years.
It is a mixture of more than 300 steam volatile components, collected during the pyrolyzation of bamboo for the production of the bamboo charcoal used in our other 3 bamboo-based products.
It is 100% organic.
