-Introduction
TD belt bucket conveyor is suitable for density less than 1.5t/m3 lump, granular material such as coal, cement, fertilizer, sand, grain, etc.Belt bucket conveyor has two types of bucket: Zd type(mid-depth bucket) and Sd type( deep bucket).Zd type bucket conveyor is generally used for wet,caking,difficult thrown material,such as wet sand, sand, fertilizer, alkali powder etc.Sd type is used for dry,loose and easy thrown material, such as cement, clinker, gravel, coal, etc.
-Working principle
Vertical lifting conveyor consists of upper section with transmission drum, bottom section with tension drum, middle case, driving device and non-return braking device, using rubber belt as its traction component and centrifugal or hybrid ways of unloading. The driving device of TB vertical lifting conveyor has two types: YZ type reducer and ZQ(or YY) type reducer.
