Product Description
We provide Composite Gully Gratings which are the covers installed on the side roads, drainage ditches around residential districts and so on. There are almost more than five times of manhole covers in demand.
Installation Instructions:
1. When installed on the cement road, the bricks of well mouth are built in C25 concrete with thickness of 20cm, as well as semi-diameter 40cm concrete protection is built outside lasting for 10days.
2. When installed on the asphalt road, you should prevent the machine directly grinding covers.
3. To keep the outlook of covers beautiful and the marks clear, You should take care of the surface in case dirty when cast into asphalt or cement.
4. After casting the well tray in concrete or in asphalt, you should clear the covers in time and avoid casting into the cover, grating and tray in mortar or in asphalt, so as not to affect open in the future.
Characteristics:
1. Environment friendly: All the raw material of high performance modified SMC sheet can meet national environmental protection's requirements without any pollution.
2. Save mineral resources: SMC manhole cover instead of traditional cast iron manhole cover which saved an enormous amount of ironstone resource.
3. Resist corrosion: It's acid alkali resistance, salt resistance, corrosion resistance and resistant to rust, it can be used in any severe environment with a temperature ranging from -50° C to 200° C.
4. Low price: It's only two thirds of cast iron manhole cover with a same performance.
5. Low weight: It's two thirds of cast iron manhole cover, more convenient in installation, transportation, maintenance, construction and decreasing the labor strength.
6. Prevent theft: The material is not recyclable, fundamentally eliminate theft. It can absolutely prevent 'city holes' from happening, and brought great convenience for public works administrative departments.
7. Low noise: By using non-metallic material reduced the noise pollution to a large extent.
8. Long service life: The polymer composite manhole cover can bear 2 million cycles of fatigue test and the service life can reach more than 30 years.
