Product Details Show:
1. Base Frame: Iron casting base being precisely processed by gantry milling machine and stress relieved by vibration device, so that the machine body remains steady without deformation over the working life of the machine.
2. RichAuto DSP controller with English interface, a compact and durable DSP with 128M internal memory, it supports online file transfer with U flash memory. It is available with standard G code or HPGL, and has practical functions like faster calculation, stronger processing ability, break-point memory and power failure protection function, etc.
3. Spindle Motor: Quality 2200W water cooling spindle with different size collect which can be available for different size cutting bits for different materials. Customer also can choose more powerful spindles.
4. Gear Rack and Ball screw transmission: We use precision gear racks for XY AXIS, high accuracy ball screw for Z axis, carefully installed and regulated by experienced worker with special purpose instrument, this assures smooth motion and long term reliability.
5. Linear Guide: Y axis linear square guide, XZ axis use linear round rails, which has high rigidity, vibration and shock resistance.
6. Stepper Motor drive: Industrial sub-divided stepper motor centered drive has outstanding wearability and it offers long-term maintenance-free solution.
7. Photoelectric Limit Switch: Un-touching, more sensitive and durable than traditional mechanical switch, maintenance-free for long term use.
8. Dust Cover: Durable and flexible covers on X, Y axis offers dust-proof to every corner needed.
9. Electric Cabinet: All the electrical components are housed and wired in an electrical enclosure. This allows for easy access and service when needed. Every wire is tagged so that when service is required, the customer can easily navigate the cabinet.
Optional Specifications:
1. Spindle Options: We have both water cooling and air cooling spindle options of different powers made in China or Italy.
2. Vacuum Inhaling System: Multi-zoned vacuum table which allows the operator to easily switch from full sheet processing to smaller part, gaskets can also be routed to accommodate various material sizes and styles. Fixtures can also be used if needed as we put aluminum alloys beside the vacuum table. 7.5KW air cooling vacuum pump enables enough power for inhaling the materials during working.
3. Servo Motor: Leadshine servo motor or Panasonic Servo motor for more smooth motion and triple working speed, and they require no regular maintenance.
