This waste heat recovery steam boiler uses exhaust gas and waste fuel as its fuel to make full use of waste to produce steam for use and achieve the purpose of environmental protection and energy saving.
Operating Principle
Oil,gas and coal exhaust high temperature gas and release heat after combustion. High temperature gas first goes into furnace, then into the waste heat recovery device in the front smoke box, then into the fire tube. Lastly, it goes to the waste heat recovery device in the back smoke box. The high temperature flue turns into low temperature flue, discharges into the atmosphere via the chimney. This kind of waste heat boiler greatly improves the utilization of the heat after fuel combustion, so it's very energy-saving.
