Beverage Product Filling Line and Filling Machine
1. Design Basis
This quotation has been issued for the supply of a UHT Sterilization Tubular Plant for milk.
Complete line for soft drink, bottle water, hot fill juice & tea, glass and PET bottle start from unscrambler, air conveyor, rinser/filler/capper monobloc, labeler, wraparound or shrink wrap packer, palletizer.
CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
Particularly simple in its structure, the machine is essentially composed of solid basement with corrosion proof steel section and its totally clad with stainless steel.
Gripper carousel in stainless steel.
Gripper and helical guide in stainless steel.
Spray nozzles and revolving connector in stainless steel.
Safety protection all around the Monoblock in plexiglas material.
Removable bowl's cover for cleaning and inspection purposes.
The ring bowl can be adjustable in height.
Machine's lower frame made of carbon steel on top of which are fixed the bowl height regulation system and the upper part of the bottle-lifters.
The lower part of the lifters are attached by locked brackets (stainless steel) to a stainless steel ring, integral part of the carousel.
The bottle lifter is pneumatic type and stainless steel construction, which repositioning of them by down stroke curve.
This type of bottle lifter allows quick removal for easy maintenance.
The filling valve and all contact parts with product are in AISI 316 stainless steel.
Seals reduced to a minimum and can be sterilized either by steam or chemical agents.
Low product infeed avoids gas pockets thus maintaining a constant flow of the product in the bowl.
Product level control done by electronic probes.
Automatic system of valve opening in the presence of a bottle.
The bottle conveyor is mounted above the base to facilitate cleaning.
Gears for starwheels in polymer nylon, with helicoidal teeth, consent particularly noiseless operation.
Capping group suitable for application of plastic prethread caps to PET bottles.
Machine completely clad in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Equipped with:
Automatic feeder, chute with electronic cork-presence monitoring device, distributor head and pressure-closing heads with independent corklocks.
Control cams for the head pistons, made of hardened steel to guarantee against deformation.
Safety devices to block the machine if the bottles get jammed, hence preventing container breakage and product spillage.
Pneumatic Cap Elevator
Bottle feed screw at the input of the loading starwheel, designed to transfer the bottles to the capping carousel without shaking them.
NO Cap - machine STOP system.

Electrical Cabinet
The inverter, PLC, and some kinds of electrical components are mounted inside this cabinet use for the manual or automatic control of this machine. The inverter can adjust the machine in different speed according to different requirements. In addition, the inverter can also synchronize with other machinery in the same line through a signal wire. The PLC controls the machine completely by all kinds of sensors and activators.
