STRUCTURE FEATURES OF CY-DK:

CY470-3 COMPUTER FORM PRINTING MACHINE INSTRUCTION
1. easy operation: There's only one handle used for supplying water, supplying ink and impress by differernt level. It's easy to use.
2. The machine uses paper feeding instrument from the United States, Japanese servo motor, which let the paper be feed stably and fastly.
3. Dialogic touch screen makes the operation easy and accurate.
4. Inking & dampening are separeted, which makes their adjustment very free.
5. Main electronic units are from abroad, such as Japanese encoder and servi moter, German PLC.
PROFILE OF CY-P-D
The machine adopts frequency converter to adjust the speed step less, high precision servo control sheet feeder, three sheet feeders feeding stable, which can solve the problem of paper assembling irregulars. PLC auto control system, Photo electricity measurement, speed quickly, changing size easily (only need changing one chain wheel), counting accurately, counting can pre-setting, automatic stopping. Ink options widely, precise orientation by pinhole, line press function ensure perfect binding. Two form roller feed ink for number device. It can set up any printing numbers on the display screen, without changing the gears and number base when printing any sizes numbers. It can assemble 2-6 plies, It's suitable for various types of computer paper, non-carbon paper.
