The direction for CSTR(continual stir tank reactor) technology: A churn-dasher is installed inside such kind of reactor to intermingle fermenting materials with microorganism. Compared with traditional reactors, bioactive sites are distributed in the whole reactor, so its efficiency has been obviously improved.
It adopts a way of adding material continuously or at interval under permanent temperature, fitting for processing suspended solid material of high concentration. For example, wastewater treatment plant usually adopts such technology to process aerobic active sludge during anaerobic process.
CSTR reactor assembled with porcelain enamel plates is composed of enameled tanks, churn-dashers, feed inlet and out devices and high (low)pressure prorection devices. Usually, there are three kinds of churn-dashers: Mechanical one, hydraulic one and aerodynamic one. Sometimes, have two of them combined.

A series of household soft biogas reactors, and highly efficient and energy-saving direct-firing stoves are developed and made by our company, passing the tests carried out by Biogas Test Center of Agricultural Academy, Chongqing Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau and Chongqing Agricultural Machinery Inspection Center separately. Our products are insured against their quality with China United Property Insurance Company. In terms of contracts, they have been sold to users more than twenty thousand, and are thought highly of by them unanimously after having them promoted widely in Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Chongqing, Gansu, Xinjiang, Guangxi, etc.
In 2008, the output value of our company was 50, 000, 000 RMB, and it has been more than 120, 000, 000 RMB till June, 2009. Our products have been exported to India, Southeast Asia and Africa, and we got into business relationship with companies in Ukraine, Poland and so on.
