Product Description
1. Apply to cut different mini metal tubes, such as stainless steel tube, seamless steel tube, aluminum tube, brass tube, iron tube and plastic tube, etc.
2. Setting by Programmable PLC, with auto gripper feed and auto cutting.
3. It can cut the tube of diameter 1mm and above 1mm. It specially applies to cut short metal tubes, such as strap bolt, antenna, metal pen tube, fishing rod, electric tube, etc.
4. Cooling circuit system: It causes the cut surface smoothly and without burr. It can raise the work life of the saw as well. It adapts to cut metal with large quantities and long times.

The main Machineries we manage:

Tools and mold for Combined drawing machine: Hydraulic scissor, drawing dies, knives for cutting and so on.
3) We also developed our own metal mold department for mold opening and metal tools and metal stampings. Such as punching mold for metal, drawing mold for metal, continuous mold and so on. We would like to design and make mold according to your finished products or drawings, also we can make the finished products according to your samples.
