The spreader, with new half-enclosed feed hopper, adopts gear drive and 360 degrees of rotation
1. The fixed quantity type feeding hopper ensures accurate feeding to feeder.
2. Material spreader has rocker arm connecting rod, and rake type spreading is adoptde inside the box, which can feed materials into molds quickly and evenly. It replaces the traditional chains, so that the service life and spreading evenness are increased.
3. The hydraulic pallet-feed bed features of fast speed and high reliability, and it avoids blockage and disordering of pallets in chain mode.
4. Four-pole guiding method and parallel positioning rack are used to ensure the precise movement of mold and press head.
