Carbon Additive(Calcined Anthracite Coal/CAC), We have three big factories which have been set up in 1994, and who are professional manufacturing carbon products, such as Electrically Calined Anthracite, Carbon Additive, Calcined Anthracite Coal, we're producing 80, 000.00 tons per year.
Carbon Additive(Calcined Anthracite Coal/CAC) with high fixed carbon and low S and Ash. Calcined Anthracite Coal, Carbon Additive. Gas Calcined Anthracite Coal are our key products, we're supplying the goods with the following specifications:
1. Features:
The main raw material is Ningxia unique high quality anthracite, with characteristic of low ash and low sulfur. Carbon additive has two main uses, namely as the fuel and additive. When being used as the carbon additive of steel-smelting, and casting, the fixed carbon may achieve above 95%.
2. Application:
It may substitute massively refinery coke or the stone grinds. Meanwhile its cost is much less than the refinery coke and the stone grinds. Carbon Additive may also use as the fuel, for its calorific value may achieve above 9386K/KG. It may substitute burnt carbon massively. The burnt carbon exportation needs the quota; Therefore the carburizing agent price superiority is similarly obvious.

For carbon products, we have three big Joint Venture factories, which have been established in 1994, locate in Ningxia Pingluo Industrial Zone, it covers about 40000KMS, they're professional specializing in the production of Electrically Calcined Anthracite Coal(ECA), Calcined Anthracite Coal(CAC), Carbon Additive, GCA. There are totally 12 furnaces for production, our production capacity is about 80000-100000 tons per year. All our products are made in Ningxia Taixi high quality anthracite materials, the quality is quite good, our goods are mainly sold in the domestic and international markets in the word, mainly exported to South Korea, Japan, India, America, etc. We've enjoyed very good reputation for our quite good quality and satisfied service and our good business credit!
We have two big factories for ferro silicon production, locate in Pingluo Industrial zone, totally there 12 furnaces, our production capacity is about 70000 tons per year, it covers about 30000KMS, we're producing Ferro silicon 75%, 72%, 70%, 65%, and also we have another factory mainly produce low aluminium and carbon ferro silicon goods. Our goods are sold to domestic steel mills and exported to international markets.
We have four big factories for silicon metal products production, they're locate in Fujian, Xiamen, Sichuan, Guizhou province, China. Our silicon metal products including Silicon 441#, 553#, 2202#, 3303#, our output is about 50000tons per year, the goods are mainly exported to South Korea, Japan, Taiwan and so on.
In Jiangxi and Guangxi province, we have three big factories for Manganese metal production production, one established in 1995, the other two established in 2002, the products are mainly electrolytic manganese metal flake(Powder), Manganese metal lump, etc. We're producing about 30000 tons per year. And Mainly supply to the domestic steel mills and exported to international markets.
For Medicum and low Carbon ferro manganese, we have three big factory locate in Liaoning, Jiangxi, Hainan province, mainly specializing in the production of Medium and low carbon ferro manganese, and some high carbon ferro manganese. All the goods are supplying to the steel factories and exported to America, Austria, etc.
We have several other big factories for other ferro alloys and carbon and coke products production, we have very good business relations with them, and they all have good credit, honestly dealing, the goods are all in high quality with good production capacity.
