Honeycomb Ceramic Substrate is made of cordierite, and it is used for car catalytic converter. The cells density can be 100 cpsi, 300 cpsi, 400 cpsi or 600 cpsi. The shape will be round, oval or racetrack. We can supply both ceramic element coated with noble metals of Pt, Pd, Rh and ceramic element without noble metals.
Automobile exhaust catalyst carrier is our company mainstream products, its coefficient of thermal expansion can be controlled at 1.1 × 10-6, the average pore diameter, 8-10μ M, hole wall thickness 0.15-0.17mm, reached domestic leading level, fully meet various automobile exhaustuse of the catalyst carrier requirements. As a the ceramic honeycomb national standard formulation of one of the units, our company has independently developed the core technology to reduce the the product thermal expansion coefficient, pore structure and pore wall.
