Acid Resistant Hose / Chemical Transfer Hose from JGB
Acid/Chemical Hose is available in almost limitless variations of chemical and acid-resistant tube/reinforcement/cover materials and thicknesses custom-engineered to handle most corrosive fluids.
Acid and chemical transfer requires a hose that provides maximum safety and protection for materials being conveyed, and the environment in which they are conveyed.
Acid/Chemical Hose is constructed with various Tube and Cover compounds from EPDM to neoprene, pure gum rubber, UHMW, SBR, Hypalon® , nitrile, butyl, Viton® , Teflon® And polyethylene for high flexibility, abrasion and chemical resistant capability.
Chemical suction & discharge hose must not be used at temperatures and pressures above those recommended by the manufacturer.

Mustang Crush Resistant contains a monofilament helix for suction and crush resistant capability, as well as for routing hoses through tight bends.
Its Modified Cross-linked Polyethylene tube stock is "best in class" for maintaining a tight seal with stainless steel fittings, and is designed for cleaning with "open end" 50 PSI steam or in a bath containing 10% (NaOH) @ 212°F (100°C).
Cleaning in place (CIP) methods may be used.
Not recommended for "closed steam" cleaning. |
